you acknowledge and undertake to comply with the Terms and Conditions of participation in the Performance Courses 2025 and agree to the processing of your personal data, photographs and recordings by the organizer and its contractual partners in this project for the purposes necessary for the process of realization of your participation in the project Meeting of Friends of Chamber Music and Performance Courses Litomyšl 2025, i.e. for communication, promotion of the organizer’s project, promotion of the activities of the project where the participant performs.

PARTICIPANTS UNDER 15 YEARS OF AGE

may only participate in interpretation courses accompanied by a parent (legal guardian) or a person designated by the legal guardian. In case of a designated person, Consent of the legal guardian with the accompaniment of the guardian is necessary. Download the PDF form here.
